Next year with Keita and a few other top signings I think Liverpool win the EPL

How do you explain the fact that James Milner and Jordan Henderson made De Rossi, Strootman and Naingollan look like league 2 players?

It makes zero sense in reality, id imagine if those players went to the EPL their levels would increase dramatically as well, there is clearly some elite drugs about in England just now.
