Despite the fact that they will win the league, it feels like United's season is over.

When did United get eliminated from the Cups so early before. Feels weird.

LAst time they won a decent cup was Fifa world cup 2008. Long time for a club like United

We have had some tough luck with the FA cup draws the past few seasons. We seem to always get drawn against City, Chelsea, or Liverpool in the cups.

Congrats on the win today and I hope you beat City in the next round. Then lose to Wigan in the final! <whistle>

We had Arsenal 3 years in a row when they were the best side in England. It is swings and roundabouts with these things. Apart from this year the draw has been kind to us over the last 5-6 years , conversely we've had stupidly hard CL draws whilst United have had the opposite.

We could yet break your points record.

It is frustrating to have flopped in the cups though. Second half of the OT game against you then all of todays match being probably the worst we've played all season. Oh well.

A higher quality prem? Is it our fault Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and City are low quality, we can only beat what is in competition with us. I seem to remember a poster on this board trying to make a case that every trophy United have won was against poor quality opposition, when will everyone else improve and make a fight of it?
