WTF??? Here's how it works Harold - the club and insurer's medical teams check him out. If they decide he won't play again, the insurers pay up, he's off the books. If he makes a miraculous recovery he has to pay the insurance back if he wants to play again, but he's a free agent. If he's malingering sack him.
