The development squad won 5-0 today with the first goal from Hooper, assist by Howson (both of whom played 60 minutes). Howson also provided the assist for Loza to score the second and Jamar went on to score a hat-trick and then provide the assist for Cameron McGeehan's late goal. Buzzing at Colney as well then!

Very good result and great that Howson and Hooper we're involved in the goals. It's incredible that our team can still get stronger!

Looked like a decent work out.

Adams has said we'll see a few players go out on loan after the Shrewsbury game, well he's alluded to it anyway.

I expect Jacob Murphy (linked to Preston) and Cameron McGeehan (possibly back to Luton, but would like to see him join a L1 side) to definitely go. Not sue about others. McGrandles? Loza? Callan-McFadden?

I'd expect McGrandles to stay. maybe Loza too. CMcF I'd expect to go out on loan. We've actually got an abundance of CB's now!

I guess it depends on how far we progress in the LC - when Hooper returns we've got potentially 5 strikers playing for 3 maybe 4 berths so maybe Loza could go out on a short-term loan (1 month at a time) to get 1st team experience whereas McGeehan and Jacob will probably go out on 3 month loans I'd imagine. I'd expect McGrandles to stay to cover injuries although we have an abundance of midfielders when Howson returns so maybe he could go out on short-term loans here and there as well.

Interesting conundrum isn't it with all this talent at Neil's disposal.

I'm sure that the strength and fitness of our squad should see us stay in the top 6. We certainly have a lot to be thankful for and I can't believe the change in fortunes in just over a month!! <ok>

If we carry on as we started, the problems Adams will have
is how to keep everyone happy.
Never easy to keep players content when they
    are only warming the bench.

McGrandles and Miquel also featured in the U21 game and did well, by all accounts. What a squad we have!
