No way, I would try and get Ji or Conner on for a bit more playing time if possible, thats it.

    Exactly.

Barring injuries cannot change the team from the Stoke game.

I would like to see the following team and this formation. Although due to suspensions it won't happen.

    Mig
    OShea, Brown, Titus, Bardo
    Catts Vaughan
    Larsson Gardner Sess
    Bendy
This team gives us some width and with Gardner in a more attacking role, I think we would get more productivity.

Don't try to fix what isn't broken imo.

If you guys had a better manager I'd maybe think about making the formation ever so slightly more defensive with a more controlling midfield as it's an away game, but I wouldn't ever trust Bruce to do something like that properly.

No way back for Catts for me at present, gives the ball away to often, to many free kicks in dangerous positions and not enough going forward. Take Catts out and play another striker and I would go for it.

don't think we have enough creativity to play Catts and Vaughan as both dont get forward. I know teams do play with 2 holding mids look at city but they have Aguero, Silva etc. infront. who are gd enough to still be able 2 create things

personally its 1 from Vaughan, Colback, Catts and Meyler when he's fit for me and I would go with Vaughan, if not Colback as they both rarely waste the ball

All valid comments, but the reason I went with both Vaughan and Catts was that Vaughan could and has the ability to step up and support Gardner where as Catts could fall into the holding mid position and try and break down the break outs. it's something I think we should be using on a regular basis.

Until I put Sky TV on tomorrow and they read out the official team sheet, I wont trust Bruce not to **** around with the team or the formation to be honest.

He simply cant wait to get Catts back into the team (read his many comments on that point this week) so wouldnt be surprised to see him ion for Vaughan or Gardener at all.

****ing pissed off yes but surprised? Not with the geordie fat heed in charge.

FFS Cest hes going to be playing a very dangerous game if he tries to do that, how can you possibly drop any of those midfield lads after last weeks performance, but again like yourself I wouldnt be in the least bit surprised if he does, its this bloody constant chopping and changing and strange team selections (a la Brighton) that makes be believe the mans clueless

He wont change it surely, teams that have worked well in the past for Bruce he tends to stick with them so he will tomorrow.

He hasnt even picked the team yet and he is getting abuse haha

I am one of Catts biggest fans but I have to 100% agree with this comment - not sure there is "no way back" but you cannot change a team that has just hammered Stoke - they will be full of confidence and looking to move forward - same team barring injuries for me - I wouldn't even put Bardsley in if things are going right - no point changing a winning side (Cloughie sauid exactly the same, although he might not have been the best manager, he was in the top 1)
