For the people on here who said happy with the January signings were safe anyway think again , this is the reason why we won't finish top 10 and also the reason I refuse to say oneil is a world class manager . I'm sure people will knock me but that is my view time to change the system we play ,we were ****e against Swansea and the same today
Not many said we were out of the relegation battle and it is a very cheap point to make after today result against a Reading team who very much have their tails up. We had our chances, Bramble gave away a free kick and they scored from it - how, as a manager would you legislate against that - you cannot. Swansea will not allow a team to play, possession is all - I was satisfied with a point against them if not the performance. This result for some is made worse by the toon winning - they had an excellent result and deserve the plaudits they will receive - but don't use it as a reason for blowing our result out of all proportion and spitting out of collective dummies.
