I was informed by an aquaintance that there was a twitter feed by Wigan fans asking for clubs ultimate 5 a side team. Something to mull over till the weekend? Here's mine: Richard Wright Terry Butcher John Wark Eric Gates Marcus Stewart.

Based on Ipswich players I've actually seen live and for the following reason = mine. Sereni in goal. Best shot stopper I've seen. Hreidersson. Workrate workrate can play various defensive positions. Taricco. Workrate with a bit of class. Good longshots/ distribution. Dyer. Could beat players for fun, can play various positions crazy high workrate Kuqi. Workrate galore again, would score a few and annoy the hell into everyone.
Cooper ( Best ever town keeper and handy if pens needed) The Beat (Best ever English defender, imo) Franz T (great for 5 a side, turn players inside out) Wark (versatile, will score goals as well as defend) Whymark ( great all round striker)
I actually played 5 a side with Dyer a few times and he whitewashed us single-handedly every time. I've gone for the sheer gigantic presence of Forrest between the sticks, two composed defenders who can comfortably play the ball around and move around the pitch - a midfielder that only the ten biggest clubs in Europe could select a player from their history to outrank - and power up top. Forrest Mills Thijssen Wark Crawford
