    Rangers fined £13,000 for 1st offence for illicit chanting, £40,000 more recently for PSV game (2nd offence?)

    Celtic fined £13,000 for 1st offence for illicit chanting

    Zenit SP fined £2100 for racist chanting. Not their first offence for this either. they've been fined more times than Ranger for various things including racist chanting and fireworks.

    Porto fined £15,000 for monkey noises towards balotelli & toure

    Man City fined £25,000 for taking to the field 1 minute late for the second half.

    where the **** do they get these penalties from?

    UEFA are clueless ****ers. Fans bring signs to Polish & Russian football telling African players to "Go Home" and **** all is done about it.

    I get a feeling that the big clubs in Europe are sick of FIFA/UEFA and an implosion will happen soon. FIFA & UEFA need the big European clubs onside as the Champions League makes way too much money.

    Football's governing bodies are well known for judicial inconsistency. Rio Ferdinand got an 8 month ban for missing a drug test in 2003 whereas Man City Christian Negouai player did the same thing around the same time and the FA gave him a slap on the wrist.
