I know Ronaldo does. I'm sure Ronaldo's father does as well. Yet, I still don't get the intense hatred some people have for Ronaldo. Ronaldo and Messi are two of the greatest players to ever walk the earth who greatly respect each other.
Again, you seem to be missing out the fact Ronaldo has a massive ego. Any ****er who doesn't celebrate his teammate's goals, yet expects everyone to go mental at him scoring a tap in, is quite frankly, a massive prick.
Yes he's egotistical & arrogant & everything revolves around him. However he is a great player, I don't like Maradona but I can't say he's not a great player!
And? You say it like it's a bad thing. He's a professional sportsman who strives for greatness. He, like Messi, is also a huge philanthropist which suggests he's more humble than people think. They have different personalities on the pitch and I think they're both incredible athletes. In the Messi vs. Ronaldo debate you have to pick a side and I think Ronaldo is the better player; I don't automatically hate Messi for it though. It's just bizarre the hatred directed towards him.
In the modern game they are. One is a team player and one is a me me me player. Easy to work out which is which.
I have always queried why Ronaldo is hated, yet Messi isn't. Ronaldo has done numerous good things, that have been widely publicised whereas Messi has been accused of tax dodging. Makes no sense to me either.
