UEFA have confirmed that monkey chants, fruit-throwing and other forms of discriminatory behaviour must now only take place in the first half of football matches. The football governing body issued the ruling in the wake of recent high profile cases of racial abuse, which included Man City's Champions League clash against Spartak Moscow, and its continued prevalence throughout Europe, except in England where altogether more civilised anti-Semitic chanting and tuneful accusations of *****philia are preferred. “Uefa has very little time for this sort of thing,” said Uefa spokesman John Banks, “These new regulations will guarantee that black men like Yaya Toure can enjoy their half time Jaffa cakes safe in the knowledge that the worst of the abuse is over and they can participate in the second half without being completely dehumanised by a horde of angry strangers.” Uefa are confident that the measures will stop racism in its tracks but have confirmed that any clubs whose supporters are found to be in violation of the new rules risk further sanctions such as being reminded a second, or even third, time to stop it. “Racism is completely unacceptable in the year 2013. Blacks, Asians and Jews should be treated as if they're our equals.”
Spammers gotta spam, I suppose that's what happens when I get right under people's skin. Wholly predictable.
Dear Dev, If you're going to cut-and-paste articles from other sites rather than take the time to write your own material, can you please cut-and-paste the funny stuff. Regards, Gus.
Gus Thanks for your input but this article made me laugh. I know it may not be everyone's cup of tea but I can't be expected to appeal to everyone. Nobody can. Ta Dev
