It looks like he is out for a while. http://redirect.viglink.com/?key=71...ited-as-charlton-athletics-injury-list-grows/
That’s 33% of the squad now carrying an injury. It’s worth remembering that we were repeatedly told by the Three Wise Men - Methven, Scott and Charles Hawtrey (Seriously Red), that the SMT had finally addressed long running injury issues by re-laying the pitches at the training ground, and hiring “Dr Will” from Brighton. Hawtrey in particular blew a gasket in his Y Fronts when Dr Will arrived…to nobody’s surprise but his own , he’s appears to have achieved absolutely fvck all
Another player crocked by a disgusting tackle which only received a yellow card. In a way it was worse than Clare's reckless late tackle which crocked Edwards. At least he tried to play the ball. The Wrexham player made no attempt to play the ball, was nowhere near it when he deliberately kicked Campbell from behind. Chopper Harris would have been proud of it.
TC was very poor again last night. One league goal and one league assist this season is dire for a player in that position. We all like an Academy player at Charlton, and rightly so, but ultimately it’s got to be justified by talent & performances. TC isn’t doing enough as things stand.
I think TC gives us some pace up top. What has let us down is getting rid of May and buying Ahadme, who isn’t even in the squad. I think Leaburn alongside May would be a potent strike force. Ahadme and to a lesser extent Godden have been an absolute disaster.
