Anyone remember the times when we have had to put an outfield player in goal for any reason. I remember the Newcastle game about 5 years ago, but i cant remember who it was and cant find a clip of it anywhere.
 
What chants were they then?

Don't have sky and don't give a flying f*ck about QPR so I wouldn't know why they'd sing about us...
 
I had the misfortune of seeing [edit: most of] that match. I thought we were bloody awful. But then again, so were Newcastle. I remember the Beeb doing some sort of Eastenders type parody at the start of their coverage, to mimic the goings on at both clubs. Match report here:

Just remembered why I have a vivid memory of the start. I videoed the bloody match and have tried to watch it several times without succeeding because we were so bloody awful. Still got the recording somewhere. I must lose it if I can. I'll see if I can find anything on Youtube for the keen here.

Already scoured youtube. Its not there. It was in 2006.

A hilarious moment though.

Reminded me of when niemi hit the bar and svensson scored in that incredible 2-2 game with fulham.

Now that incident was on Youtube a couple of years back. Gone now, I think. Svensson's goal celebration was brilliant because almost everyone ran to Niemi.
