Headline and below lifted from Betfair TODAY!!!

    Sunday

    Newcastle v QPR

Mark Hughes' teams are hardly what you'd call adventurous. More like organised, or solid. But Ossie Ardiles he is not.

He takes his first game in charge of a side that struggles to score, but shows promise in defence. They'll play away to a team that's high on confidence and ability. Given that, what would you expect from any manager, never mind Hughes, other than an ultra-cautious approach?

Those betting 'over' on this game are likely to have been influenced by the recent Toon win over Man Utd. But a highly-attacking and defensively-weakened United bares no comparison to a Rangers side which lacks ambition and firepower in equal measures.

Newcastle look most effective on the break, through use of their pacy wingers, and long balls through the middle to Demba Ba. They are reliant though on teams, such as Man United, coming on to them.
    Recommended Bet
    Back Under 2.5 goals @ 1.96

Clearly this is a recent review by Betfair as it mentions the ManU game, but is the journo aware of ACON????
