This is really pathetic of the person, who for the sake of this discussion we'll call Gyan Riggs. He shouldn't go round humping reality TV "stars" if he doesn't want people talking about it. You'd think after winning numerous pieces of silverware and getting paid millions Mr Riggs would have better things to do than sue people using a microblogging website.

This mr Riggs is a ****ing pathetic man. He thinks with all his money he can get away with playing away.

I'm afraid not mate. You're as likely to be caught out as the rest of us. So simply dont do it.

I hope Imogen Thomas gets to spill all about him. He really has gone down in my opinion since all this.

This Mr Riggs thing rings a bell. At the end of the day though, he's just a sad little man.

Its disgraceful. If any 'celeb' goes around doing stupid, disgraceful things, we have a right to know who he is and what he has done.

All this injunction thing is really annoying me

Twitter was produced in March 2006 by Jack Dorsey and launched in July. Since then Twitter has gained popularity worldwide and is estimated to have 200 million users, generating 65 million tweets a day and handling over 800,000 search queries per day.[5] It is sometimes described as the "SMS of the Internet".[8]

How come Riggs can go shagging around and then keep it a secret, but the lifeguard who got his head caught under a cubicle whilst watching a lass, then got a bit upset when firemen had to free him gets his face splashed all over the papers?

i have to agree. although hes even more likely to be caught than joe bloggs because the spotlight will always been on him wherever he goes.

he made his bed..he should lay in it. this case against twitter makes it seem like he's blaming them for him jumping in between her legs!

great player..great person? nah. not a patch on scholesy
