McClaren names a strong side says the NUFC website - it has Willo in it.

 

No sign of Colo at all though. Perhaps there's more to the Palace rumours than it just being an easy link for the journos?

 

Indeed. I think quite a few of us thought Pardew would want Colo. I'd be surprised if he went in some respects, not so much if McClaren has told him he is no longer captain.

 

It's showing the game as Live, but like you all it's showing is game to be on soon.

I'm at the game. You're not missing much, so many stray passes from us, Sheffield out battled us most of the half. Can see what the team is trying to do but execution is lacking at present. Gini seems to be shouting at the others to get them organised.

 

I wouldn't read too much into friendlies. Many down mate?

 

Decent few, yes. I'm sat in with the home fans, fuked up and joined the wrong ticket queue. But can hear the blaydon races.

 

I reckon Coloccini is off perhaps to Palace, Mbemba is a great replacement too might I add

 

3 things:

1) Williamson and Taylor = Utter Bollocks. This is why we have to keep Colo. Even if we get another CB on top of Mbemba, the backup must be Colo and Lascelles, because perish the thought if tweedle dumb and tweedle **** have to come in to the fold.

2) Why are we taking part in a testimonial for a complete thug **** and worthless excuse for a footballer?

Better get our CB position sorted as those 2 donkey's playing today ( Willo & Taylor ) are just not up to the task. Struggled against Sheff Un so god help us if they are involved in any way at the start of the season.
