http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41239042 If promotion wasn't an imperative already - it is now. There's a bigger reward for pushing for it, will RD acknowledge it?
You can stream every EFL game if you are clever... There is the App, which shows every game if you are a subscriber, but not available in the UK and Ireland... Well, good old Holden will tell you the best way to do this, which it's two ways: 1. Get a Post Office Box in the USA - this gives you a foriegn address 2. Get a pre-paid credit card - from that country (have it diverted to your UK address) 3. Get a pretty decent VPN - and set up for the USA 4. Sign up with the pre-paid credit card and vola - All EFL games You could ask a friend to sign up to their address for them alternatively. And still, use the VPN. I've not tried it with the EFL app but I've done it with Netflix USA, and other streaming services to get around the geo-content.
Roland should be seeing Euro's when this news reaches him, but who knows how he'll respond? When we were in the Championship he never considered spending to get us in to the Premier League, so I'd say it's most likely his behaviour won't change. Getting promoted on the cheap will still be his goal.
Disappointing that the Govt has caved in today, and referred the Sky/Fox merger to the CMA. The Murdoch media is a force for good in society & should be left to flourish.
The official EFL app is called iFollow @Sat In Greenwich. Getting it is the easy part. You need to subscribe, it's about £110 got 46 games (home & away); that's the challenge.
