Cheltenham's back tomorrow but no Channel 4 coverage until Saturday (Racing UK only).
Not wishing to tell members how to suck eggs, but the following information may prove useful (especially if you don't wish to pay £20 per month for Racing UK- or haven't got Sky for At The Races coverage..

    1. Racing UK coverage is FREE from 1.00pm until 2.00pm every day on Freeview Channel 231. Obviously you'll only get two races at the most.

    2. All race replays (going back years) covered by both Racing UK and At The Races can be viewed online by FOR FREE by simply registering on their respective web sites- with a password.
All you have to do is wait for the replay to be posted- it usually takes between 30-60 minutes after the race on Racing UK - and a bit less on ATR.
You can watch the whole race or just the finish.

NB. If you're not sure which meetings ATR and RUK cover, then sign in on ATR first (they cover most meetings); enter the date of the race through their calendar; and look out for the camera icon next to the meeting you want. If there isn't one, then RUK will have covered it, so sign in on that website and view it there.
As far as I know, these two channels cover all UK and Irish racing.

I hope this information is helpful to some of you.

RUK free all day tomorrow so that solves the issue of watching Cheltenham!

It appears I was given false information with regards to RUK being live. My brother misread the e-mail the fool! Apologies!

    http://gulaysports.webs.com/WEBPROTECT-stream19.htm

RUK live there for the whole day and is very good quality (you need to sign up for free) so that's my solution.

Roto, I think you'll find RUK's website misleading. You can "sign up for free" but then I think you'll find it's £20pcm or £15pcm online to actually watch it.

am I right in thinking that tomorrrow marks the last ever day of horse racing on the BBC?
Their sports coverage is now a total joke.

I suppose it also means that tomorrow will be the last bumper afternoon of terrestrial TV coverage - I imagine channel 4 will still be showing their usual 7 or 8 races.

I thought I had seen something about the Beeb showing the Welsh National in December (but I could be wrong).........

The Beeb seem to think people only want to watch Footie, Rugby (both codes) and snooker
