I think Chelsea will comfortably get third or fourth. Some of the signings they've made are decent but they're not Ballon D'or winners and at the moment they're just individuals rather than a team. They'll be too strong for the likes of Spurs but not as good as City and Fat Frank will be hailed as a hero for getting Champions League football for less than 300 million.
