NIGEL HAMER SECRETARY 14th January, 2018. Following the formal business of the AGM there will be the usual open question and answer session. However members should note that there will be no additional information available at the AGM around the forthcoming consultation exercise with members relating to Trust shares. A sub-group has been looking at the detailed arrangements for the consultation exercise and the Trust Board is aiming to take decisions on the way forward early in February.
