So for one of the worst tackle I have ever seen Mcmanaman gets no ban. How can the FA hide behind the comment that at least one of the officials saw the coming together although not the extent of it. Nonsense if one of them only saw the coming together but not the extent of it then they did not see the incident. Thats like saying that the ref saw Huth come together with Sanderos, which he did, but not the extent of the forearm smash to the face, which he did not see, so therefore they could take no action. They rightly banned Huth on the back of the referee saying he did not see what really happened. The FA are a bunch of pathetic to**ers and this sends the worst type of message out to players and managers. I have nothing at all against Mcmanaman or Wigan and I am all for players getting banned for thuggery and that includes Stoke players who have rightly been banned retrospectively.
I agree Northern, if the referee didn't see it then the FA should step in. Did the linesman see it and not bring it to the attention of the ref or was it the fourth official who saw it and did nothing? It was a horrible tackle and the player should have been punished retrospectively. The FA have ducked the issue I'm afraid and Wigan have got away with it.
They are just a bunch of EFFIN W*****S Huth get's banned for an elbow (fair enough) MANY other player's have also suffered the same BAN. What's the fooking difference. I don't feel sorry for McManamann he was'nt a bit late he was a day late. IF the Lino or one of them did as reported. What the hell does he have a flag for? The F.A. panel SUCKS. To think of ALL the fooking FLACK Ryan has taken and STILL does. This is scandalous... I HOPE Martinez has the balls to leave the lad OUT for 3 games.
It's just a bloody joke, what is the point of them being an official and doing nothing and what's the point of the commitee if it doesn't uphold the rules!!
If he had been a Stoke player this board would have been swamped and he would be on a 3 month ban. Total joke as it was far worse than the Shawcross/Ramsey incident, just lucky the lad tackled didn't suffer more damage thankfully.
