I am not clicking on the link but I imagine this is the story about D&P conceding they are idiots? Their first duty is to the creditors, pursuing this avenue does not help the creditors. There is no argument about it making the huns a more attractive proposition. Green has already agreed to buy the club. There is no way they did not know the ramifications. No way on Gods green earth.

Yeah, basically D&P saying they don't know what the **** they were doing. More to the point, why the **** they thought to do it. If Green is to buy the Huns and has said that sanctions are no impediment, why would D&P do this?
