Does anyone know the situation regarding the young striker?
Is he worth giving a go?

Don't think he'll be ready to go from non-league to Prem starter just yet, do you? We need someone, or two, who can be our prime source of goals from the first day of the season.

I think this guy will be abit part player this season only because of the big jump from conference level.

I think It's likely that we will see a bit of troy pre season and then like balanter and parker last year be loaned out to a lower league club until Xmas to see how he gets on. Cant see a jump from non league to prem happening in such a small space of time no matter what potential there might be. Will definitely looking out for him pre season though

I'm looking forward to seeing how he does in pre-season. Really hope (as everyone does) that we've found a little gem. Would be the fairytale to end all fairytale's if he does play for us next season.

I wonder if it would it be the biggest jump in leagues from one first team performance to the next???

Solid point Dens... spot on - and Hulse was sub how many times recently?

That's where I'd like to see Hewitt in the opening months, on the bench waiting for his big opportunity.
