Well there's a surprise ... why let people watch the beautiful game for £5-£10 a time when you can charge £30-£60 ... money grabbing gits - give the game back to the masses and encourage more people to actually go to matches - the effect on the atmosphere would be (positively) dramatic - the vocal support for each team behind the opposing goals ... I'm all for it personally - the German bundesliga has got it right for me - just look at their attendances and accompanying atmosphere ...

Why have you lot not come out in favour of this and supported of the FSF?

It's the future and should be supported by all 'non-flask and blanket' football fans.

I still cant see safe standing coming back. There is still alot of red tape which needs getting past and as things stand only a few clubs have come forward. Me personally I would like to see the back 5 rows in the Kop and the East stand made standing areas and leave the rest seating. That way everyone wins

Dead right there. You get most of the standing areas full in the bundesliga´s 1 & 2, they are very loud & colourfull areas. Go to BVB 09 (Dortmund) & you´ll know what I mean.

    Bring it back <ok>

Not how I see it ... that way, very few who would like to stand get the opportunity to do so ...for me make the whole of the lower kop standing and put those who want to sit in the upper tiers ...

I think standing should be available to those who want to

This would also solve a problem I had at Chralton
My 7 year old son could see as everyone was standing, so he had to got to the front and as i don't like being low down I stayed where I was and went down every now and then to check. If everyone in that area had sat there wouldn't have been a problem.
