Application by TRASHorfield is denied. The Club have today been informed that the second application by TRASHorfield to have the judicial review hearing held in Cardiff has AGAIN been refused by the High Court. Chairman Nick Higgs said that he was pleased that the hearing would be heard in Bristol and WOULD allow interested supporters to observe the hearing on March 13th and 14th. http://www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/article/jr-in-bristol-1339316.aspx Now I wonder how much is it costing them (I mean the tax payer) to keep applying to the high court to change the place of the hearing! Also this is more delay tactics because if they got their way to move the hearing venue, then the date would obviously change to a later date! Why Cardiff?? Why in a different country?? Why not in Bristol which is the place that this whole decision effects???
