Maybe old news, but I have not heard this before. From QPR Report.

    - Jacob Murtagh/Fulham Chronicle - Traore: I thought my season was over

ARMAND Traore thought his season was over – now the QPR defender is determined to prove his worth to boss Mark Hughes.

The former Arsenal full-back feared he had broken his leg after a heavy tackle by Norwich City's Robert Snodgrass in the 1-1 at Carrow Road back in August.
However, a specialist revealed there was no fracture, and he made his return to the side as a second-half substitute in last week's defeat at West Brom.
Traore admits he's been rocked by the experience, but is hell-bent on cementing a place in the starting XI after losing his spot to loanee Taye Taiwo last season.

He told the Chronicle: “I'm very happy to be back because about a month ago I was told I had a fracture in my shin - a broken leg. They told me I was out for at least six months.
“It happened against Norwich when Snodgrass gave me a big tackle.
“I went to see a specialist, who said there was no fracture but a stress response, which meant that if I keep playing on it it will snap. It was a big relief.
“I'm very happy but I'm still a bit scared - my confidence is not there. I hope it should be okay now. I'm just going to have to wait and see.
“I just want to build up my confidence now and play as regularly as I can. I know what I can do and just want to stay injury-free and push on.” - Fulham Chronicle

We shouldn't let the truth get in the way of all the theories of him falling out with Hughes and being a sicknote etc.

So true. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes that we never know. In saying that I like Traore but he is a bit of a sick note, even Adel said it! :)

Something missing in the meaning here... If it's not a fracture, there's no reason his confidence shouldn't be back soon

    Good player when fit thought.
Talking of sicknotes, what is the latest with KD? How unlucky is that guy!

Very good, wouldn't want him next to me in trenches though.
Bet Dyer is out long term, who could've predicted it! #H.I.C.C
