Monk is struggling,we are all too aware of this. My question is......who is making the transfers...GM or HJ? HJ will have the final say but,you know where I'm coming from.
Nobody knows the answer to that but my guess is that HJ is pulling all the strings, hopefully recent results and more importantly poor performances will be the kick start they need to realise that we need to move forward and quickly before this spiral of uncertainty becomes unstoppable. Bring in quality players now in this transfer window.
Surely, our scouts look at players in the positions we want and then the club management look over what has been reported on and go from there.
