I like Kone a lot, he works really hard and he knows where the goal is. However, he's poor in the air and he has no pace. It's hard to see either of those things changing with more experience.

I like your general optimism about the squad, though.

He's young. This is the first time he has played at this level. 12 goals were either scored or assisted by him. Not perfect, but I'd say he has some definite potential to improve this season. He had a number of times when he could/should have scored. In the next season, if he can convert those into goals, he'll be hitting double figures.

He will get better.
