Have to say i am totally fed up at the absolute rubbish thats being printed in the media every day. QPR have been linked with so many players over the last few weeks, that if we bought half of them we would have the largest squad in the world. Lets be honest, our owners are dickhe**s, we have a stadium that hold under 19,000, we simply can't afford top class players. We have been linked with Joe Cole, Rob Keane, Jermaine , Peter Crouch etc etc, all of these players are on massive wages and we simply can't afford them. We as fans need to get real, and realise whats in the media most of the time is absolute rubbish. I feel that all this does is create false expectations with our fans. We see our club linked with so many players every day and when they dont materialise we get even more pissed of. Our Team and Squad were the best in the Championship last year. We have already added two pretty decent players that "if" they stay fit will be first team players and will make a difference, If we can add two more players of their quality and who will also be first team starters then i think we have a fighting chance. That will mean we have a 1/3 of our team as new players. I think this added to our current quality and the NW factor, will take us a long way. I dare not hold my breath for new owners, but feel that the current plonkers will protect their investment. They are businessmen and will sell to make a profit. If not they will spend enough to keep us up.
