Not sure why Gotze would be such a shock signing for some on here.
He's the player I'm fairly confident will come. Does he instantly improve us massively? No.
Yes he's good. But we're not lacking in that area. I read an article recently from someone that played with him, saying that the chances are he'd get splinters due to Coutinho. We'll see.
Would a world class CB massively improve us? Yes.

Would love Gotze but hope we still bring in a pacey wide man as well - looks like it's a straight battle between us and Dortmund for Dembele.
As it stands, if Gotze came, he would replace Lallana.

That's the 3 I'd like to see, and the 3 we probably will see.
Pace is an issue though, hugely.
It may be controversial, but I think Coutinho could be the next one who is shifted out of the first team, and rotates with Gotze/Firmino.
Whoever shows consistency gets picked first...I'm happy with that idea...

That the Dembele from Rennes? See he's saying he turned down Leicester... Saying he hopes to be playing CL football next season but I know where I'm going and its final.
Seems to suggest he has his mind made up but club may or may not be in CL? Sounds like could be describing us.
Yep - special talent, and is exactly what we need.
