Only if there not counting inflation. What was the price of an average CB when they brought lukaku because the price in this window is 85m

Exactly. In the time that Lukaku washed his face, Salah went from being a £30m ex Chelsea flop to a priceless megastar. It’s all relative.

He’ll probably do well in italy. But it’s Italy.

We have a couple of players covering a few positions and Milner covering them all. I dont really want to see Gomez at right back, I'd rather give hoever a go.

I'm praying Robertson doesn't pick up a knock, but in saying that he looks the type of lad who would play on with only one leg.

It's a strange predicament to be in. I'm very nervous about the upcoming season but we havnt been in such a strong position for as long as I can remember.

We've got a very very good first 11, with excellent cover in midfield and centre defence. It looks like we've got a good crop of youth coming through, something that hasn't happened for ages.

If I look at it dispassionately I'd say we are in excellent shape as a club and should be optimistic, but I'm still worried
Might slow him down a bit though.

Every team in England has now turned down Coutinho and he's forced to look for a job in Germany or Italy

FFS Everton want Rojo, there needs to be an investigation no one consistently does as much bad business as Man Utd rejects going to Everton

Andy Carroll arrives at Newcastle ahead of proposed move back to St James' Park
Danny Drinkwater has completed a medical at Burnley ahead of season-long loan deal from Chelsea.

Everton sign iwobi for 40m <laugh>

Jesus Christ talk about a scatter gun approach

Everton must have spent/wasted a serious amount of money over the past few years. I wouldn't be surprised if their net spend is like 3rd in the league

Just back from the pool....via the bar. Drinking all day and then singing the VvD song is not acceptable in 5 star establishments apparently <yikes>

Anyway, just thought I’d st that although we left it late, the signing of Werner is a welcome thought. Thank gif we bought someone who could slot into the first team <ok>
