Elliot Chamberlain has left City for Exeter on a free, more dead wood gone. I´m really thinking that we´ll get another 2 in before the end of the transfer window.
He got released at the end of last season. Tom Parkes is the next one who is leaving Interestingly about Elliot Chamberlain the Exeter fans have paid for him to sign
Well at the minute Paul Gallagher, Marko Futacs, Richie Wellens, Tom Kennedy, Sean St. Ledger and Zak Whitbread havent been on the bench and we have still managed to name a very good bench so thats shows the strength in depth we now have here
We seem to be fine for MID´s & FOR´s but as far as I can tell we have 25 players & only 6 are in DEF, 1 ort 2 of them get injured we´ll be on very thin ice. Do ppl really think that´s it for players coming in ?
Can still see Schlupp leaving on loan at some point- hasn't played yet and will be happy for him to get experience somewhere (although not for any longer than 6 months, have a feeling he'll be a useful player to have in the latter parts of the season). I also suspect that Waghorn will leave on a permanent deal, can't imagine he'd be happy at lack of match time at his age. Beckford, again, who knows? He does look like he's finally enjoying himself here, but I still think he could leave on deadline day. I expect we'll sign someone on transfer deadline day too
Can see Gallagher moving - was going to Ipswich over the summer but was cancelled for some reason if I remember correctly. Schlupp was always going on loan - reason why he hasn't yet be because we don't have a LB to cover Konchesky. Waghorn - he is far down the pecking order as a winger or striker so I can see him going on loan or even permanent. I would like a new backup keeper - at the Peterborough game, I only saw Logan warming up in goal and my heart sank - and a new fullback to come in before the end of the window.
