Swansea spent more than us but made £5m thanks to the ludicrous amount they got for Joe Allen. Very clever work. * may have got my Euros and Sterling mixed up with these numbers. Eyesight not what it used to be.....
There was a good thread on the Norwich board comparing clubs spending in the transfer window. They subtracted the value of the players sold from the cost of players bought for each club. QPR came 7th I think, with a net cost of £17m. Chelsea were tops with £90m, Saints net spending was £33m!!
