As was said, Warnock has targets and the "board" will decide whether to spend the money on them or not. We don't know who who Warnock is after. He could get what he wants for £7m or £20m. I think the limit will be set by the sort of players who would be prepard to come to QPR at the moment and what we can offer in the way of wages. I don't think he will spend more than £10m because the big money signings won't want to come .... just yet. The board still have to be very careful with the wages they pay. DJ and Jay were persuaded to drastically lower their sights because there was (is?) a wage structure. They won't be too happy if suddenly any newcomers are allowed much bigger pay cheques than them.
