Both are done legally from the front office like most other teams . Cardiff save equal money from the shadows of backrooms . Most know who are more honorable in there dealings .
The only difference between the two is that your board decides who gets ripped off, instead of the insolvency practitioner. Tell me, what is the points deduction like for entering into a CVA? Is it not the same as going into admin? Would you not agree that the two are in fact very similar and you're just using a minute legal difference to hide the fact that your club WILLINGLY ripped everybody off?
Why, we have WHU Jager, thought you would have known that.

Nope they are different, and all creditors are in a CVA, not the ones we decide, how little you know of these things, and the reason why it was used is that if it wasn't it would have led to liquidation like Chester, and if we wanted to rip people off specifically we would have phoenixed like Chester and paid nobody! The fact is a CVA ensures companies get as much as the club can afford.
And unless it escaped your notice the debts were run up by Petty and Lewis, both now convicted criminals, both didn't have the club's best interests at heart when they tried to rape the club of everything! And again, I ask should LBS pay for Casey's roofing previous creditors, they kept the same name, should Argos be liable for Habitats debts, they are keeping the same name?
You seem to want to hold Swansea City AFC Limited, who bought out the corrupt previous owners to debts that they incurred, sorry but the business world does not work like that, the whole point of having a Ltd company is that one its a legal entity and it limits exposure to risks as it limits liability , I am sorry if that is beyond you comprehension, but that is your fault not mine!
If you guys want to throw financial matters around , expect more than a bit to stick to you . We get a guy in who plays 4 sub appearances for us & gets injured & Ipswich want to be payed in full & a bonus for going up . It all happened only a few months ago & you want to put our " Transfer embargo " talk on a equal footing as all your many tax & player embargos .. it's just kind of funny really !!
But cracker, should you happen to get an embargo(unlikely because you will pay up) then it is on the same footing, and Swansea city did let an awful lot of ordainary folk down by not paying them, thats the truth, no way around it for us or you.
You know , back in the day when the buckets were handed around lots gave.
If the same were to happen today I doubt the buckets would get filled with anything other than spittle, sad but true.
Because quite simply the jacks have no morals when it comes to taking other peoples money, and no gratitude as can be seen by some of the comments on this and other boards.

": Moral high ground " Lol !! . Cardiff would need the space shuttle to reach anywhere near that . You do beat all .
