perhaps you should pay the £30m or so owed to langstone, or is your club asking for proof of this debt ?
Ah the penny has
FINALLY dropped it certainly took long enough
Hamman/Langstone have put in a claim for an
ALLEDGED debt, our owners employed a team of forensic accountants to go through the accounts with a fine toothcomb, ( it's called due dilligence and is a standard business practice) before taking control. They have agreed there
IS a debt due to Langstone/Hamman, which they have offered to settle..........the level of debt is what is in dispute, our owners have asked Hamman/Langstone to furnish proof of the level of debt they say is due..........they have yet to do this, so the ball is in their court........if you think about it logically without your black and white blinkers on................would anyone "lend" £20 - £30 million without any paperwork or records? Of course not. Our owners have shown they will pay debts incurred by a previous regime
IF THE CREDITORS CAN SUPPLY PROOF OF DEBT No proof, no pay, which seems to be fair enough. Compare this to swansea's attitude, "OK we owe this money, but we don't want to pay it,,,,,,,,,I know we will go into admin and pay a few pence in the pound, then we will re-invent the club in a different guise and say its nothing to do with us"...............illegal no.......immoral yes,
Then ill informed people who are either ignorant of, or worse have chosen to ignore the facts think they have the right to hold up swansea as "paragon's of virtue" and hold them up as an example of a well run club.......well it stinks. Swansea have used legal devices to lie and cheat their way out of paying their debts on more than one occasion, and if you deny that you are seriously deluded.
The fact that swansea fans think they have the right to lecture CCFC on how a club should be run is pathetic. Put your own house in order, pay your rent, and clear your debts......then you might have room to talk.........until then your boasts of fiscal propriety are like your boasts of being "the biggest club in Wales" a pathetic joke.
