I thought i would create this single thread for us all to add all things 'last day' instead of creating multiple threads..so we can all see if we get anyone in or if we miss out on someone,we the fans think we could have done with..or even the latest rumours on this traditional 'rumour crazy' day.
I reckon we'll get a new bar staff and a new groundsman. But they'll be taken from the local populace. No need to go international.
It may fizzle out a little by 11pm. I have no clue who we go for except for Ade to be permanent. I wouldn't be surprised if we ended up with Rodallega or someone of that kidney.

****ing hell. I've just had a look at the BBC Sports site, and according to the various rags, we're going to buy the world today. Rodallega, Marin, Hollett, Samba. That's just the ones I can remember! Almost certainly complete bollocks, but I wouldn't be surprised if something happened today. Probably what nobody expected, as usual!
I wouldn't be surprised by us going for Samba but as long as we don't go for someone leftfield (and I don't mean cover for Bale!)
I'm surprised no one's competing with Bolton (not that I think they'll get him anyway) for Zaha. Looks a very good prospect, wouldn't mind seeing him in a Spurs shirt to be honest, would be a good option for pace and trickery to replace Lennon/ Bale with if needed.
I reckon we'll have Rodallega by the end of the day, that one really seems to be gathering momentum. Blackburn seem impossible to deal with at the moment so whilst we'll probably bid for Hoilett or Samba but get told they want us to double our bid, or something stupid. Charlie's as good as gone apparently too and Pav's being relelentlessly pimped around Europe by his agent, apparently.
About half of Blackburn's team is rumoured to be up for transfer. It doesn't take a genius to realise that that is simply untenable and cannot possibly be true.
I can guarantee that Mike Ashley will sell Demba ba. He's a ****wit and his wallet hangs out of his arse. I'm not sure that Spurs related but I do think it's a certainty.
