Could we finally be seeing the break up of old firm dominance? Now they need another Scottish team to take advantage of this? I'd like it to be Hearts but I can't see it happening

Rangers fans voice fury at Scottish FA penalties
The Rangers Supporters Trust have accused the Scottish Football Association judicial panel of trying to "cripple" their club.
And they are considering a series of protests and boycotts against the penalties imposed on the Ibrox outfit.

Rangers Administrators to appeal over sanctions:http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/20876/7699566/Rangers-set-for-quick-appeal
Rangers' administrators are set to appeal the sanctions imposed on the club by the Scottish Football Association.

The SFA's judicial panel hit the Glasgow giants with a £160,000 fine and 12-month embargo on signing players aged over 17 as well as finding the club guilty of five charges in relation to their finances and the appointment of Craig Whyte as chairman.

Duff and Phelps, Rangers' administrators, also revealed in a statement that they were not yet satisfied at this stage as to whether the sanctions are lawful.

David Whitehouse, joint administrator, said: "We have written to the chief executive of the Scottish Football Association requesting an immediate expedited appeals process over the sanctions imposed on Rangers by the Association's judicial panel.

"The decision of last night's judicial panel is in our opinion quite extraordinary
