The most interesting and in some ways reassuring thing MH has said today is that the current level of transfer activity will not be repated in January or subsequent windows. So hopefully we get who we need now and the merry go round slows down a bit so we can get a bit of stability back into the squad.
Given that several of our more aged players are out of contract next summer, pretty sure we will see a bit of turnover then. Also depending on where we finish and how we perform.
I completely agree - they might keep it sensible throughout the heightened period of craziness that is January but we'll need to mod build again. I think one of the plans is to have us high enough up the league that the club sells itself next Summer.
Didn't someone at the club say something similar at the end of last January? And TF said over a month ago our rebuilding was done? If we're in the bottom three by Jan, can't see him standing on the sidelines.
