On BBC: 1524: Transfer merry-go-round alert: Hull City are expected to sign Leicester City striker Martyn Waghorn on loan until January but only if Jermaine Beckford moves to the Foxes from Everton. If that happens, Hull striker Jay Simpson will go to Championship side Millwall on loan until January. We need strikers, why bring one in and get rid of another, we are ****ing idiots, we are **** in every aspect. Promotion? Will never happen at this rate, we'll struggle all season, we off load bullard and our board are still tight ass's, at this rate he'll be liquadating himself next. Not a happy fan
How can you just give up?! We've only played 5 bloody games! Stop being such a moron and get behind the lads.
Sorry that was me, bad stomach Seriously, we're a laughing stock and pathetic for getting rid of one striker and bringing in another. If we sold 2 strikers and brought in one then that would be be bad. But seriously get a grip
You lot would be better off just to stick with Simpson. I haven't seen much of Simpson, but Waggy's looked every bit a pub player since signing for us permanently a year ago and, to be honest, I very much doubt he'll improve your attacking options. If it means we get Beckford I guess we can't complain though!
Well, we're hardly a "laughing stock", but it's true that we badly need a striker, and that bringing one in to allow another one to go is ridiculous. Do complain. Beckford is ****.
To be fair didn't beckford get about 10 last season, he'll do well in the championship, we haven't had anyone hit double figures since our promotion season.
as so often happens, a post with a valid point has probably lost its cause due to been slightly overdramatic and harsh.. yet the point that after crystal palace, it was admitted we needed a few faces...lets not be fooled by a wonder goal/lucky goal against reading- which masked another fairly tame performance, (how many saves did there keeper have to make? ) its still a poor start to the season..and i dont see how an almost like for like change is going to help and improve much..
Yes we need new players, but you've just spoilt you're point by going way over the top. What sort of fan gives up on a team because they aren't signing players? Were 5 games in for ****s sake. If we don't sign anyone today then there's the loan window open a week tomorrow which can tie us over to January, and who knows, find players we can sign permanently in the next window. If you're looking for a definition of the word 'laughing stock' in this window then look at Arsenal.
