Interviewero you and your players feel hard done by this evening SOD Well I was thinking no teams deserve to win and no team deserves lose it so would have been delighted with a 0-0 but to be fair a clean sheet resoulute probaliy had best chance of the game in the first half you know J emaanual went through if you wanna bet some one with one on one with the goalkeeper you would have put your money on him you know you could have been talking about a great defensive performance talking about the mistake at the death???? a one nil loss I: Was it a penalty in your view, for Crewe? SOD:Just saw it on a DVD and it was a soft one you know but technical ???? hes tripped himbut um it makes some sense he was going away from goal he had no real chance of winning the ball he should have just stayed with his runner its its its an error of jugement and got punished if the referee had been some where else on the pitch he would not have been sure it was a penalty when you have a look at the take(or tackle)he was in a perfect positin for the decision I got no complaints realy if it had been one of myplayers going downI'm afraid we had to take that one on the chin I: overall were you pleased with the performance away from home SOD:ye resoulute you know there hard to beat I was at the preston game crewe almost did the same and hard to beat caught people on the break and made it really difficult for preston to beat and got some momentum going I thought we caused them problems and we did not work their goaly we found them difficult to break them down as preston did so we opt to get the ball in a bit quicker in the second half ryan taylor a bit of a target down the middle or down the right overall I think we gave them the momentum you know they thought we could nick this one and it has just not been the story of the season you get to a stage in the game we can nick this one or not get beat you know we opted to not get beat ten men behind the ball one mistake has cost us I:and when you don't get what you deserve gets the players down as theirs not time to as you have another game on tuesday SOD well their down defintly in the there some ties you have no option we have a game on tuesday can't feel sorry for your self take the positives out of it and things we could do better and move on I:Ryan Taylor off the bench was it good to have him back from injury from the last few games was it good to have an option in the second half SOD well we have had Marlon who has been a good sub he probality wanted a bit more aerial strength he gave us that option he got into the final third and fiddle our way they got every man behind the ball give us that longer option and play off that one thats a nice opt to have so he scored a couple of goals at Ashton in the under 21's game on the back of that that he looks like he's back to some sort of fitness and form I:Aden flint was it a matter of time before the fifth yellow card of the season ready made replacement with louis n tuesday we were always gonna miss hi at some point strength in depth at the back has always been a worry which is why lis was brought in for contention for that game i: at the end of the game you and the players applauded the fans and they applauded you back and you need their support on tuesday SOD:ye ye ye there obviously getting frustrated and it would be easty t take it out on the players but they haven't its really appreciated all you can do at the end of the game and acknowledge it
