Over the last two years we have brought a number of players in and most have become poor. We could get 11 new expensive players in and still finish bottom three. We seriously need to look at our training and outing the coaches and possibly manager too.
Totally agree although think it goes back beyond 2 years & can't think of too many who've improved during recent times.
