no problem! they look pretty solid, if you look about the site, other ideas have been rejected. this has more substance to it though - 20 odd documents with support / reports. looks good, they should really publicise this more so that a community gets behind it, and doesnt let "mavis" the one angry neighbour put a stop to it.

Not surprised - Greenwich council is a divided place at the moment, and the guys backing it are being met with resistance.
