Training And Time Off.

Hi guys firstly how great it is to be a saint right now!

On to my question, I have no clue as to what our training program is like if anybody does would like to hear the general schedule.


What I would also like to know is after a game and performance last night do you think Nigel would say to the players take the day off and take the family/girlfriend out you deserve it etc.

Meaning the players are rewarded and give even more of a boost as to what were currently achieving.

Hi Alex. We have a game on Saturday so I don't think that is very likely. More likely they will be watching DVD's of yesterdays game.

Is there anywhere you can get info on our training schedule?

 

It wouldn't be online or anything as I guess it changes quite a bit. I don't think it's as simple as morning: tackling, afternoon: shooting if that's what you are looking for. All I really know is that after a Saturday game they wouldn't usually come in on Sunday if there's no midweek game.

 

How come you want to know the training schedule? Are you a Millwall scout in disguise?

Thanks for the info after seeing the goals last night I haven't seen us rip apart a side like that since Wolves away I am buzzing!

I just thought sometimes the gaffer might give players a extra day off as I have read in some papers with other teams after excellent performances.

 

I think this team likes being together so much that if Nigel really did say, go home, they'd all say, but Boss, we want to stay..!

 

Jason puncheon is currently doing burpees is in his underwear after forgetting his kit. The rest are sat in comfort studying a screen shoot of the league table. There are unconfirmed sitings of Anthony Pulis hanging around the car park. Security are looking into this.

They'll do nothing AM, review the match pm and a bit of conditioning work to keep them fresh before more intese training tomorrow.

I've heard that Forecast was kicked out of the DVD analysis after dropping the DVD player.

 

Most probably a warm down and a reviewing of the DVD of the game.

Sure today would be light training, visits to medical staff if needed, and review of last night's match. Probably a quick look through travel brochures to see where Nicola could take them if they secure another promotion. Las Vegas is so last year
