if town stay up this season, their approach to next season must be far more attacking. we need a squad of 20 permanent players including some of our youth if good enough, and we need a maximum of 3 loanees except in emergency.

our youth policy seems to be the cinderella within the club. and as for loanees we have been most unlucky , or they have not lived up to expectations.

    next summer

    action!

rolands wallet, scouts doing their job, youth manager doing what he is paid for, fewer loanees and a squad with a good mixture of experience, particularly up front. i would give jamie cureton a 1 year contract.

with a combination of youth, few loanees and a more permanent squad, town may make progress. without this, Graham Turner is on to a hiding to nothing.

so in conclusion Roland, wallet please. er floreat salopia.
