I was banging on about Scott Loach weeks ago, he is a realistic target for us, he also wants to come here, hope it goes through..!

I think he is a bit over rated and is prone to to many mistakes...

He certainly has lost a lot of his ability, hopefully it's just a loss of confidence which can be restored! I couldn't believe how poor he was the last time I saw him play for Watford!

a poor, error-prone keeper living off a few very decent performances at an extremely young age. but he is an ipswich fan, so he may raise his game a notch or ten, who knows...

Of course he's **** because he might be signing for us....

You're a bunch of carrot munching morons who blagged a good manager for a few seasons. You've won **** all and have left no tangible impression on football history.

A poor error prone keeper living off his outstanding performances, U21 caps etc etc.....

Supers you're a massive **** and your infantile attempts at wummery confirm this <ok>

probably the most stupid and idiotic post i've ever had the pleasure of reading so congrats on that one. you're parents, whichever institution they're in must be very proud. you ever seen this lad play then cos i've watched him multiple times and i'm not kidding when i say he's bang average, so he should fit in well with ipswich <ok>

i'm now desperate for you to sign him, just to find that first post from you, claiming you knew all along he would be crap. i would also hazard a guess through your infantile jibes that you weren't even a mere twinkle in the eye when ipswich won a thing. if you witnessed it all happen then lucky you - if not, then it has nothing to do with you as a person and your life at all.

did i bite hard enough...? <whistle>

haha what a rant! deary me

Loach cannot be that good, or Watford wouldn't have had any interest in bringing in another goalkeeper on loan.

you don't lose ability, only form. He was an excellent prospect who has been hamstrung at Watford.

If we sign him and the Bayern reserve keeper that will be absolutely job done.

and the other point is, I would much rather have Loach as our steady number one, building his confidence and growing as a keeper than a conveyer belt of loan goalies like Stockdale.

flippin' hell, Supers, you caught an absolute monster. Possibly a world record!<ok>

As for Loach - if he was that good a prospect, why did Ipswich let him go?

you're dead right on that yorkie - having a stable number one is a necessity for a good, solid defence, and you've not had that for years.

Simple answer to that one - because his family moved to Nottingham.

I personally think loach is a good keeper, it's purely his handling under pressure I have only been dubious about i.e corners. But he's certainly better than what you have and will continue to develop further I'm sure.
