Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini hopes to send young midfielder Abdul Razak out on loan to Ipswich after his club’s Capital One Cup exit.

Razak played as City were knocked out by Aston Villa but with his first-team chances limited Mancini wants him to go to Paul Jewell’s Championship side.

The 19-year-old Ivorian was sent out to Portsmouth and Brighton last season and now Mancini has told him to find a new home for the rest of the year.

I know nothing about this guy, not sure why we would sign another midfielder, still it is a report from the mirror so.......

Thank **** for that, I can see us losing Hyam if we keep bringing in loans that would keep him out of the team. What is it with recent Ipswich managers, they're all bloody obsessed with midfielders.
