Town interested in striker

The Daily Mail report that we are after Damian Reeves, the Altrincham striker who has netted 32 goals this season and is out of contract at the end of the season. Has anyone heard anything else about this?

Yeah, I noticed that. Unsure about the youtube videos too.

 

Slightly meh, we have a good crop of strikers (two of whom have scored recently as well!) so another one would be superfluous IMO.

 

If we were short and he came free then maybe worth a punt but the video looks like he was good at getting into positions rather than creating chances.

 

At any level that sort of goal scoring is good going. A goal poacher is perhaps the main thing we are missing at the moment so surely someone like him would be worth a punt for next season.
