Apparently some of our useless Councils in Scotchland are considering this. Good idea or not? I don't know because I'm just a simple country loon with no savvy whatsoever. What do the intelligentsia on here surmise?
It would cost too much money for Scotland to pay every tourist that is daft enough to visit that ****hole.
