Harry's latest foray into headline land:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17980667
Reading this he obviously sees a need to replace a few current 1st teamers.
Speaking to a few Spurs mates today we discussed that maybe he needs to have a look at his backroom as well.
Knowing how short on tactical nous he is maybe he needs some fresh faces in there to help.
    Thoughts?

Priority should be replacing the older defenders who are fading due to their age with younger ones of equivalent ability, Adebayor will also need to be replaced if we can't tempt him to stay, along with anyothers we sell from the current core of the squad. Then we need to look at adding a winger or two that will compliment those that we have.

There's no point adding a top player to give us that little bit extra before we've sorted out the problems we have had over the past year or two.

We've needed to sort out whoever is coaching our set pieces for a long time - we've been dire in this era since the Ramos era, and it's never been addressed. However, whose job is that - Bond, Jordan, Allen, or Sherwood? Don't suppose any FM obsessives have a suggestion as to who makes a great set pieces coach?

As for transfers, we all know the tune by now: One new centre back to go straight into the team, one top prospect centre back to go out on loan to gain experience next season, two strikers, plus a couple of players to add competition to various positions in midfield.
