Love it how this has been filed under "transfer rumours". I suppose matchday performances are equally unpredictable and equally prone to build up hope then massively disappoint.
Unfortunately I think that we can all gave a decent stab at picking tomorrows team, though based on Contes comments today we might see Kuluveski at RWB, otherwise I think Doherty may get the shout Expect Reggie back on the left and it can only be Winks in for Bentancur unless Conte is suddenly going to bold and pick White - No I didn't think so!! A team beaten 6-0 in the week - Dr Tottenham will see you now
Aaron Lennon Paul Robinson Robbie Keane Jonathan Woodgate All won nothing in that very good Leeds team but won our last trophy.
Your thinking of a Tueart who also played for Man City, and as a way of linking him into this thread was also in the Sunderland team that beat Leeds in the 73 cup final!
Reading various articles about the game today and it rapidly becoming clear that there is only result likely today. We have poor record in Saturday lunchtime matches, we have awful record at Elland Road and Craig Pawson is another ref who just doesn't like to see us win. Add all these factors together and we have much chance of winning as Ed Davey has of being the next prime minister
My birthday, 59 and 16 quarters, don't even bother to watch it. Spurs always lose on my birthday. They've even brought it forward to 12:00 on a Saturday to maximise the birthday weekend sadness for me. Repeat, WE HAVE ZERO CHANCE TODAY.
Leeds must be absolutely buzzing they are playing us. Couldn’t be a more perfect team to play when you need a result
It looks like it will be a Winkbjerg midfield, which fills me with absolute dread, I can see Leeds turning us over if these two start the game.
Did you know?... Leeds have won just one of their last eight Premier League games against Tottenham (D1 L6), though it did come in this exact fixture last season (3-1). Spurs have won just two of their 13 Premier League away games against Leeds (D3 L8), with those victories coming in May 1996 (3-1) and January 2004 (1-0). Leeds United have lost three of their last four Premier League home games, as many as they had in their previous 17 at Elland Road. They've not lost three consecutive top-flight home games since November 2003.
